I really appreciated that I was able to make an appointment on the weekend. The staff was wonderful. The vet was fantastic. They did a great job diagnosing my dog and getting him the medication that he needed. I highly recommend this place.

Dr Brad and Becca saved our sweet Gnocchi’s life! One of the worst weekends of my life gave way to much more hopeful Monday where Animal House got right to work on our boy and by Wednesday afternoon he was able to come back home with us. I so appreciate not having to take him out of town for care! His blockage was completely resolved & I am so thankful for their guidance. My family can’t thank this clinic enough for their diligence and compassion.

I don’t ever leave google reviews, but I have never had such terrible customer service somewhere before. Lady on the phone immediate attitude and rudeness. My cat was a little sick in the morning and my normal vet doesn’t do urgent care cases, so recommended me here. I dropped my cat off in the morning and they said they would call me shortly with some answers. 3 hours go by and I havn’t heard anything. After a few hours I decided to call, they then put me on hold for 15 minutes, which I believe they did my cats check up well I was on hold and then told me the problem. I get the ok to come pick him up, I arrive late but I still wait 30 minutes for him to be brought out to me. Once he he got brought out to me, they told me to go checkout play the front desk where they then instructed me to sit down until they were ready to check me out. I sat there another 20 minutes waiting to be checked out. When checking me out, no details were explained, no actual vet even talked to me other than over the phone. Instead I was handed my bill and a bag of multiple medications that no one told me he needed, nor even taught me how or when to administer them. Staff was extremely rude. Will not be back
