Unsure where to even start but our entire experience with the staff at packerland vet clinic couldn't have been more positive. 12. That's the number of vet clinics I frantically called begging for help and aside from the lady who suggested packerland to me (Omro veterinary staff) I really didn't feel like anyone cared or would help us until I made the call. I spent 2 days absolutely frantic thinking I wouldn't have this moment right here ever again but thanks to the entire staff I do. Thank you for going above and beyond for my little girl and ensuring we have many more years together! Tia, Maddie, Maddix, Logan, and Grandma ❤️

I brought both of my cats here on different days for urgent care appointments, and the experience was deeply disappointing. This clinic seems entirely focused on the money. They ran tests and performed procedures without discussing them with me first. Furthermore, they recommended incredibly expensive procedures without actually identifying what was wrong or providing a clear diagnosis.To make matters worse, I took one of my cats to a different veterinarian for a second opinion and was told that the explanation Packerland gave me regarding my cat's lymph nodes was completely incorrect. The costs for urgent care and their subsequent services are exceptionally high. Please be very careful if you choose to bring your cats here.

They have always done our dog good, but a better explanation would have been good. Would still recommend them though.
