I’d leave a 0/5 if I could. I won’t bring my dog back here at all; first of all they pushed so many shots and pills for my dog on my husband and I. They put her on a new food and come to find out it had chicken in it this whole time when it was supposed to be an allergy food and my dog is allergic to chicken. My most recent visit here Dr. Becky didn’t listen to any of my concerns and finally just goes why don’t we give these injections and get you on your way. She never talked through my concerns or was in any way helping besides just wanting to push pills and injections on me. I’ve never felt not listened to when it came to a vet. Secondly my husband was concerned about our dogs hips, he asked her to look into it and she blew him off. She was picking up her back legs when swatting down to go to the bathroom and limping after waking up in the morning. We found out when moved vets my dog has hip dysplasia if the vet at buddys would have listened to us we could have found out sooner but she didn’t think our concerns about our dogs hips were worth looking into. After two years I moved vets and brought all these concerns that were actually solved. Buddys vet wants your money and to get you out the door quickly; I’d never recommend this place to anyone. I shouldn’t have to voice my concerns to a Vet tech when a Vet has to solve the issues.

Over priced and are new vet was half the price.. are new vet also pays a lot attention

Dr. Harper at Buddys Vets was so rude when trying to get help for my cats issue. I tried for 2 days to speak with her but her techs would tell me she doesnt call owners because that would be another consult charge.when i asked the Techs what to do they said they would relay it to the Dr but l didnt hear back. My cat was in the office for seizure activity and nasal issues. She ran labs and urine on him. Put him on anti seizure neds. Then tells me to take videos of his episodes. I send her all the videos. She finally calls back after 2 days. She tells me she doesnt think its seizures but doesnt know what is going on. Tells me to stop his anti seizure meds. Tells me his labs showed increased basophils and monocytes which means there is inflammation somewhere. She said she didnt know where so she was not going to treat him. All this time her voice is angry and when I asked her why she is yelling at me she said "were obviously not seeing eye to eye on his care and to take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional. The office called me back and apologized for how the vet talked to me. I told them my cat was not just a number and we shouldn't be treated as such. Be a nice vet if your going to be a vet. Care about your patients. Do better.
