The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr Kramer is always willing to answer all my questions and crawls around on the floor giving Coal lots of attention. Coal has been going to Animal Hospital of Ashwaubenon since he was a puppy. I am very happy with how they treat Coal and myself.

About this vet hospital: 1. The way some of the receptionists talk is very rude. They are not patient, they mislead you with information, and then they don’t apologize or try to help. 2. We called them a week ago asking if they could issue the USDA certificate for us to take our dog outside the U.S., and THEY SAID THEY COULD DO THE USDA ENDORSEMENT CERTIFICATE FOR US. They sent us an email asking for the information so they could start the process, and we sent it to them right away. We went today. Our dog went to get his rabies booster vaccine and had his checkup, and then we asked them if the document we needed was ready. And guess what they told us? THEY CANNOT DO THE USDA CERTIFICATE. We need to go to Madison to do it. They never called us back to tell us that. So when we told them that they never said that over the phone, guess what THEY SAID: “YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND SEE WHAT WE OFFER.” But we called them beforehand specifically to ask if they could do it, and they told us they would, with the information we sent them. THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED for their mistake. Now, we don’t know if we are going to be able to take our dog with us. If they would have called us back, we would have gone to Madison to get everything done during the last weekend. Now it feels like we are very late to get an appointment. I would like to sue them if we can’t take our dog with us. He has everything he needs except for the most important document, which we were told they would provide. I hope nobody else goes through this. We feel terrible, and now we are trying to get him an appointment in Madison.

I would highly recommend this vet clinic. They were able to get my dog in same day and treated us like family. The whole team there is incredible. Amazing bedside manner.
